Dear Swiss Orienteering friends,
I hope you are are fine. My name is Peter Gitura. I’ am an international Kenyan Athlete. A part from running I also have another specialty orienteering. I’ am the first Kenyan to try orienteering. I have competed in the biggest orienteering in the world O-ringen in Sweden I was also invited in Italy for Park World Tour races.this year i have competed in the world orienteering championships in 2012 in Switzerland it was good and i learnt a lot about training with the map and compass.i now teach my club what i leanrt there in Switzerland. i got all the control but i did not qualify for the finals. i thank a lot the IOF and the president of Swiss orienteering marcel schiess for sponsoring me to the world championships and supporting me with training material, lap top,camera,stopwatch God bless him.
Here in Kenya I, am the founder and Chairman of Forest Runners Orienteering Association of Kenya. I officially registered the Club to the ministry of gender and sports. since most of our club members are not employed we have some challenges to struggle with to be able to develop the club and also the sport of orienteering.
Our club is now selling orienteering DVDs to help our club with traveling expenses out of town to the forests if you may give us any sponsorship to our club in form of money or buying our DVDs will be highly appreciated by the members. the price of the DVD is 20CHF.the name of the DVD is

Les clubs AC Aurélien (Aix en Provence) et le Briançon Nature Course d'Orientation vous accueillent du mardi 30 juillet au jeudi 1er août 2013 prochains pour les 3 Jours du Briançonnais 2013 dans les Hautes Alpes (Briançon, Montgenèvre).
Trois jours de courses d'orientations dans des lieux magiques et en préparation des Championnats du Monde Vétérans de Course d'Orientation WMOC (ouverts à tous) qui auront lieu en Italie, à proximité, la semaine d'après (Clavière, Sestrères...Etc).
Pour les vainqueurs en H/D 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 et 65: l'inscription de la longue distance des WMOC remboursée !
Les inscriptions sont ouvertes dès maintenant sur le site:
